In this sense, all analyses recommended by the International Olive Oil Council in the Olive Oil and Pomace Oil Commercial Standard for the purpose of determining the purity criteria for olive oil and pomace oil are performed.
Analytical Laboratory and Controls
It is a modern laboratory equipped with advanced and technological devices where the analysis of whether the olive oil received to be accepted to the business is adulterated, the incoming raw materials (auxiliary raw materials, packaging, etc.), the process controls during production and the final product that will reach the consumer are carried out and managed.
Microbiological Laboratory and Controls
It is a modern laboratory where all materials and raw materials to be used in the business are checked, problems that may occur during production and processes are prevented, the quality of water used in the business and personnel hygiene are constantly controlled, and the criteria specified in the TURKISH FOOD CODEX MICROBIOLOGICAL CRITERIA REGULATION can be met.
Sensory Examination and Analysis Laboratory
We evaluate the sensory analyses of our olive oils with our laboratory designed in accordance with the standards of the International Olive Oil Council and our tasters who have completed the necessary training on olive oil tasting at an international level. We present our olive oils to our consumers as Intense Flavor, Soft Flavor and Simple Flavor by passing them through many criteria such as fruitiness, bitterness, spiciness, color and smell and with the methods and scores used by the International Olive Oil Council.
